					<description>It appears that the powers-that-be in the world of cell phone manufacturers have decided that Bluetooth capability needs to be bundled with video/picture capability. Unfortunately, that means that those of us who work and/or visit places that allow cell phones, but not cameras, are unable to buy Bluetooth-enabled phones.

It may make economic sense from the phone manufacturers' point of view, but it's just another frustration for a portion of the user community.</description>
